What are Park Homes

Park Homes have evolved over the years to become the preferred housing choice of countless people on thousands of parks right across the country.
The homes benefit from being manufactured under controlled factory conditions to BS3632, and are then shipped out by road in one or two sections to be sited on one of the many varied parks available.

Once wheeled onto it's plot and coupled to it's other half, (twin units only), it is then levelled and mains services are connected making it ready to move into. Purchasers buying new homes are often able to customise to their taste.

All park home estates have to have the relevant Planning Permission and Site Licences as issued by the local authority. Amongst other things this governs how many homes are allowed on the park, the width of park roads, refuse collection, street lighting, car parking, and fire fighting facilities etc.
